Model 2
12-month minimum, then month to month at $100. You own the site after 12 paid months. Leaving early? A $300 buyout applies before month 12.

Common questions
Do I own my website?
It depends on the plan you choose. Model 1: yes, you own the site from launch. If the monthly service ever ends, your domain can be transferred to you or someone you choose within 30 days, and you can receive a copy of the site files, once any past-due amounts are paid. Model 2: you own the site after 12 paid months. Before month 12, you can buy it outright for $300. If you end Model 2 before 12 paid months without that buyout, the site and domain stay with me until the buyout and any past-due amounts are paid. After 12 paid months, ending Model 2 works the same as Model 1: domain transfer within 30 days, plus a copy of the site files.
Do I have to update the site myself?
No. Routine updates are included in your monthly plan. Just email me what needs changing. Bigger work, like a new page or a full redesign, is quoted separately first.
